Ingredients
5 - 6TBS Yogurt
200g Cooked chickpeas
2 to 3 TBS Lemon juice
2 TBS Ground sesame seeds (20-30g)
1 TBS Ground flaxseeds (10-15g)
1 - 2TBS Honey (10-20g)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz till smooth. Don't worry if it's too runny as it will thicken when chilled overnight. Add more yogurt or lemon juice if mixture is too concentrated.
- Voila! Chickpeas Bread spread is ready to be enjoyed.
