Homemade muesli bars aren't difficult to make. They are yummy for breakfast as well as snacks. Just put together a few ingredients and off they go into the oven.
Ingredients
200g Riped bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
120g Rolled oats
50g Dried fruits of your choice
50g Pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. In a large glass bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Stir to mix well.
3. Add vanilla extract to the ripe bananas. Mash it with a fork.
4. Pour the mashed bananas to the dry ingredients. Stir to mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a lined 15cm, 6" square tin. Compact the mixture either with moist hand or a rubber spatula.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30min.

7. Cool on the cooling rack for 1hr before cutting.
