Ingredients
1 Ripe avocado, diced
2 to 3 TBS Lemon juice
2 TBS Ground sesame seeds
2 to 4 tsp Honey (optional)
1 TBS Nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz till smooth.
- Voila! The avocado spread is ready to be enjoyed or put in the fridge or frozen for later use.
